MHE-Demag Singapore conducted service training for its authorised agents operating in Brunei and Myanmar. The objective of the service training was to equip and enhance the agents’ skills for after-sales service in the respective markets, as part of the continued effort to enlarge market shares in these countries through offering complete and comprehensive solutions to valued customers.
The three-day training covered both classroom and workshop practical trainings which focused on three main product groups – cranes, warehouse trucks and aerial work platforms. The scope of training included methods of safe operation, operator training and simple servicing of equipment. The service training was conducted by Joseph Cho, the Service Division Manager together with members of the service staff. A plant tour of MHE-Demag’s Singapore factory was also conducted to complete the service training.
