First Mechanical Car Parking System Lands in Sabah

MHE-Demag Malaysia introduces a comprehensive system to address parking concerns in a new hotel

MHE-Demag recently introduced the very first mechanical car parking system in the booming town of Kota Kinabalu in Sabah. The Jesselton Hotel is a new, 25-storey hotel equipped with the latest building technology. MHE-Demag Malaysia secured the order to supply, install and commission 114 units of mechanical car parking system, the PXD Travelling Tower System.

The user-friendly system requires the driver to drive their car into the car lift, then use an access card to select their preferred car parking lot based on availability which is displayed on the LCD screen. Once the designated parking lot is identified, a transfer trolley will transport the car to the designated parking lot.
